Sonia takes the time to listen to and understand the barriers that her clients may be facing, helping them to identify their skills and strengths to build the confidence required for them to progress on their career journeys.
Sonia has worked in a variety of environments, from Global leaders to smaller organisations, in various H.R, in-house and agency recruitment roles. Sonia has also gained invaluable experience from within the Employability Sector; supporting her clients with their employability skills to enter or retain long term employment.
