We will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours of your initial enquiry and arrange a mutually agreeable time for you to speak to one of our team members.
After a service has been agreed, payment details and confirmation of the work will be emailed to you; future appointments and schedule of work will also be agreed with you verbally and in writing.
